While the Coronavirus pandemic has resulted in a lockdown phase which has halted all works and businesses impacting the economy, many people including  celebrities are having issues with their EB bill during the phase. After actor Prasanna posted on Twitter about EB bills, now actress Taapsee Pannu has complained of high Bill charged for an apartment she's rarely using.

Taapsee posted photos of the bill, and tweeted “3 months of lockdown and I wonder what appliance(s) I have newly used or bought in the apartment only last month to have such an insane rise in my electricity bill. @Adani_Elec_Mum what kind of POWER r u charging us for?”.

Taapsee also tweeted, “And this one is for an apartment where no one stays n it’s only visited once in a week for cleaning purpose @Adani_Elec_MumI am now worried if someone is actually using the apartment without our knowledge and you have helped us uncover the reality.” Recently, Ko heroine Karthika Nair also had complained of Mumbai EB bills being high and not calculated right.

So what kind of scam is @Adani_Elec_Mum conducting in mumbai? June electricity bill close to 1lakh... (based on their "estimates" since they could not do meter reading during lockdown) hearing lots of similar complaints from Mumbaikars.
