The trailer of the upcoming SciFi adventure movie 'Dune' has been released and promises to be an extraordinary journey on another planet but at the same time a strong message for the current world too. The film the latest adaptation of Frank Herbert's 1965 novel of the same name tells the story of Paul Atreides played by Timothy Chalamet who first has visions of and then travels to the planet Arrakis to which he is the heir. The planet is the target of many villainous groups as it contains a spice that is the only source of immortality and time travel.

Zendaya plays the female lead character Chani who helps the hero in his journey in 'Dune' while the rest of the ensemble cast boasts of such huge names as Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling and Javier Bardem.

'Dune' is directed by Denis Villeneuve, who previously helmed “Arrival” and “Blade Runner 2049.” and is slated for release in theaters across the US and wherever theaters are open around the world on December 18th ahead of the Christmas weekend.
