Dulquer Salmaan who already a top star in Malayalam is all set to make it big in Bollywood circles too with his debut 'Karwan' directed by Akarsh Khurana. Touted to be a light-hearted comedy, Karwaan features Dulquer Salmaan, Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar in the lead roles. As per the latest update, the makers have wrapped up after shooting in picturesque locations in Ooty and Kochi. 

The news was shared by actress Mithila Palkar along with a selfie, featuring the trio, and wrote, "Cannot believe the most fun month and a half just zoomed past and we already celebrated the film wrap! Official film wrap celebration tha, how could I not have dragged these two into a selfie? Thank you for being awesome, you two!".

Karwaan is a light-hearted entertainer which traces the story of three friends who come from different walks of life. It is a slice of life kind movie with much prominence to realistic humour. Akarsh Khurana who has also co-written the script with Hussain Dalal, the dialogue writer for films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and 2 States will mark his directorial debut with the film. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, an official word on the movie’s release date is expected to be made in the coming weeks.
