The first look poster and the release date announcement of Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming Tamil movie 'Hey Sinamika', the directorial debut of Choreographer Brindha Gopal, has become the talk of the town. On Tuesday, Dulquer Salmaan and several top actors from the Tamil and Malayalam film industry took to their respective social media handles to unveil the peppy first look poster of 'Hey Sinamika' and in no time it created a trend on social media. The movie starring Dulquer Salmaan, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Kajal Aggarwal, is slated to be released in theatres on February 25, 2022.

The project marks Jio Studios' foray into Tamil cinema. "Wait is over. Presenting the super colourful FIRST LOOK. The dashing Dulquer Salmaan as Yaazhan in #HeySinamika. Film to hit big screens on Feb 25, 2022," the post on Jio Studio's Instagram page read. Going by the poster, it looks like Dulquer is playing a radio jockey in the film and that the story would revolve around Dulquer and Aditi, who play a married couple in the film.

Preetha Jayaraman is the cinematographer of the film, while Radha Sridhar is its editor. The film has a number of women technicians working on it.
