Prathap Pothen`s Dulquer Salmaan starrer movie is now dropped. This movie is one of most highly anticipated movies this year. Prathap was really happy and excited to work with our young heartthrob.

Saddest part is, the director openly blamed Anjali Menon for dropping the project. The movie is scripted by Anjali Menon. Prathap has got really high expectations about Anjali and he waited almost one and half years to get the final script. Unfortunately the script was really disappointing for him.

What he expected was an intense love story and what he got was entirely different from his concept. So he completely stopped the project and now planning to do a Tamil movie instead.

Things were not good in this movie from the beginning itself. Initially Prathap wanted to cast Kalidaas Jayaram and he turned down the project which became a very nasty clash between Prathap and Jayaram. Later Dulquer accepted the offer but the controversies are not completed yet. Prathap has got a heated argument with Rajiv Menon, the cinematographer of the project before and now with Anjali.

At last after these much controversies, the film has thrown down. This is obviously a sad news for DQ fans as they are eager fully waiting his new venture with Anjali Menon. Anjali did not react anything regarding to this issue yet.
