Directed by Bharatiraja, 'Kalidas' with Action King Arjun as hero, Kaajal as heroine and versatile artiste from Bollywood, Nana Patekar playing a key role, is being made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.

K Lakshminarayana Reddy is producing the Telugu version of the film. Popular Bollywood music director Himesh Reshammiya is scoring music for the flick and the audio was released into the market recently which is getting a positive response.

When it comes to the story, the film is a thriller and is woven around various incidents that occurred in the life of a film director.

Presently dubbing work is in progress for the Telugu version. Manivannan, Rukmini, Vivek, Ranjith and others are in the cast. The film is likely to be released in the end of August or in the first week of September.
