The dubbed Kannada Sathyadev IPS` of Ajit, Trisha and Anushka Shetty of a Tamil film has got a very poor response on Friday.

The film was not able to release in Bengaluru while the theatre list mentioned in other parts of Karnataka hardly five out of sixty theatres were able to release.

In Bengaluru and Hubballi realizing the protest would be strong, the distributor of this dubbed film did not take a chance, in Mysuru Uma theatre the film supposed to release received anger as posters were removed and protest march and dharna was held in Hassan, Mandya, Chamarajanagara, Madikeri and other places.

The scene was similar in Roopam of Hubballi, in Belagavi, Havery, Savanur the dubbed film was able to screen only one show.

At Davanagere there was no one to purchase ticket for dubbed film for Satyadev IPS, the show had to be cancelled. Of course there was police protection to Moti theatre in Davanagere.
