After 'Sarileru Neekevvaru', Mahesh Babu is currently enjoying holidays with his family. He won't be working for the next 2-3 months. As is known, the superstar is scheduled to team up with 'Maharshi' director Vamsi Paidipally. The crazy project will be produced by Dil Raju.

The news is that SS Thaman has been roped in as the film's music director. We learn that Devi Sri Prasad was considered in the past but he has been ditched in favour of the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' music director.

Mahesh has been comfortable with DSP and their combination has always been successful, including the more recent hits: 'Mind Block' and 'Daang Daang'. On the other hand, both 'Dookudu' and 'Businessman' in the combination of the Mahesh-Thaman duo were chartbusters. It will be refreshing to see them come together after years.

Padipally is currently engaged in the film's pre-production works. The untitled project is Mahesh's 27th outing.
