On Tuesday night, the Narcotics Control Bureau reportedly conducted a raid at the Mumbai residence of Bollywood superstar actress Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash.
News reports say that sleuths have found 1.7 grams of charas and two bottles of cannabis (CBD) oil in the raid. Republic TV has reported that the NCB has pasted summons on Karishma Prakash's door after the raid.
An Indian Express report quoted NCB sleuths as saying that Karishma was not present at her residence at the time of the raid. She was not reachable on the phone.
The 'Padmaavat' and 'Chennai Express' actress was questioned by the NCB in September. Nothing linking her to the drugs probe pertaining to Sushant Singh Rajput's case has been established so far.
