Drugs probe: Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma is not traceable by cops

Last week, the Narcotics Control Bureau conducted a raid at the Mumbai residence of Bollywood superstar actress Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash and found 1.7 grams of charas and two bottles of cannabis (CBD) oil. Karishma was not present at her residence during the raid.

The NCB on Monday said that the manager of the ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Chennai Express’ actress is still untraceable. She has been issued summons. Yet, she has not appeared in front of the investigative agency.

Karishma, who is also associated with a few other Bollywood stars, has been under the NCB’s radar for more than two months now. Her WhatsApp conversations have been analyzed by sleuths.

NCB officials have also issued summons to a few employees of the KWAN talent management agency in connection with the drugs probe.
