The first combination of director in top gear P Vasu and crazy star of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran Drishya` has turned successful and entered 50th day for last Friday. It is rarely the remake films win in regional versions.

This Malayalam original 'Drishyam' of Mohan Lal and Meena has given good results for director P Vasu Kannada version. It may not be as good as Mani Chitrathal` of Mohan Lal in Malayalam that was made by P Vasu as Aptha Mithra` with Dr Vishnuvardhana and later in Tamil as Chandramukhi` with super star Rajanikanth. The response for Drishya` in Kannada has come from family audience and the media reports are fantastic for the film.

As a matter of fact for dream merchant of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran it is a big time. His film Maanikya` as father to Kichcha Sudeep completed 100 days and Drishya` has yielded him 50 days smile on the face.

Drishya` completed 50 days in more than 15 theatres. It is running in 40 plus theatres all over Karnataka.
