Looks like the season of migration has started again…. Denise Richards, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Kingsley….. And now Drew Barrymore – the chubby Charlie's Angels beauty. Yeah, the Hollywood babe is said to step on to the Bollywood soil with a bilingual project.

Titled ‘The Lifestyle – In Generation Next’, the movie will be in Hindi and English and will be written, produced and directed by Santosh Kumar Jain. He claims that it will be the first Indian film to be shot in the stereoscopic 3-D version, based on the lines of ‘Avatar’. Naturally the film is expected to be made on a huge budget, which is heard to be nearly Rs. 150 crore.

Coming back to the international actress, it is said that the film’s script demanded an international star. Moreover the filmmaker felt that Barrymore has a very Indian face, and thus she fitted the character.

‘The Lifestyle’ is a women-centric film and the story revolves around three women. For this, the team is considering to rope in two leading actresses of B-town. Interestingly Jain said that his film is dedicated to Indian woman and the holy river Ganges.

As a matter of fact, Lata Mangeshkar has for the first time in English for this project. The film is said to start with its shooting schedule from November this year and is expected to hit the screens by 2012.

Hmmm, let’s see whether this Hollywood ‘Preity Zinta’ will be able to spread her charm here…..
