Describing Dream as an intellectual movie and a medical thriller, the makers of Rajendra Prasad's Dream announce the release of it on Oct 26.

It is directed by Bhavani Shankar. The film is first of its kind in Telugu film industry and Rajendra Prasad is donning the role of a retired army officer, who undergoes a peculiar phase in his life. He suffers from Hypnogogue Delusions, wherein he starts believing that his dreams are real.

You will see Rajendra as a bald man in his middle age in Dream.  "Producers usually dub a film 'cult' movie if they can't say what genre it belongs to.  There are no routine scenes that are regularly seen in our movies in Dream.  Every scene will be beyond the imagination of audience.  The mystery in each scene is unravelled in the second half," says Kaipas Films.

A lot of research went into making the film.  "The dream characteristics such as symbols, the color psychology in dreams, etc are all incorporated in the story.  For the first time in the film history we have used six different colors for different dream sequences.  The color of every scene represents the mood of the scene.  For ex: RED for the revenge episodes; BLUE for spirituality etc.  We thoroughly followed the dream color psychology while using these colors," they add.

Cinematography is by Ravikumar Neerla.  Music is by Santosh.  Editing is by Basva Paidireddy.  Art is by Ramana.
