Vishnu Manchu has had a dream project for a long time. He wants to play the role of Bhakta Kannappa in a movie. The news is that he and his director have started searching for locations for the much-delayed project in New Zealand.
"The movie, titled ‘Kannappa’, will be an ambitious multi-lingual venture. It will be shot in rarely-seen locations. The director-producer duo is travelling to several places across NZ to scout for the right locations," a statement from the makers says.
To be produced by 24 Frames Factory, the devotional flick will be shot against the backdrop of rain-forests, glaciers, fast-flowing rivers, slow-moving rivers, beautiful valleys and mountains, lakes, and amazing national parks.
