It's only hours to go before counting for five assembly elections commences on Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, Congress leader Kamal Nath has reportedly announced his party's victory at the Bhopal party office in Madhya Pradesh. He has even congratulated his "future" Ministers!

"We will surely win 140 seats," the CM-in-waiting has commented. A party has to win 116 seats if it has to form a government in the State.

BJP leader and incumbent chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Kamal Nath doing all this even before the results are out is ridiculous. "It is laughable that Congress is putting up posters and making a cabinet, these are claims and will remain so. Truth is they need to create hype to keep volunteers in check. Tomorrow we will form the government with a big mandate," Chouhan said.
