Drake seems to have responded to Kendrick Lamar's latest comments about him and J. Cole with a diss track that first showed up over the weekend on social media. Despite the lack of official confirmation, a four-minute song purportedly leaked and attributed to Drake circulated online on Saturday. There were almost immediate doubts cast over whether the track was real, and in some corners, there were even suggestions it could have been an A.I.-created record.

The original sounded like an unmixed demo version with an interpolation of Junior M.A.F.I.A. 's "Get Money," but was later put out in higher quality, in volume, and with a beat change. Power 105 confirmed its authenticity and stated that the official online artwork featured Lamar performing push-ups.

Drake appeared to have confirmed the track's authenticity during the online talks, and he posted a picture on Instagram in reference to Uma Thurman's character from "Kill Bill." Thurman herself joined in and posted a photo of the suit she wore in the movie, tagging Drake.

Drake's song, reportedly called "Push Ups," took shots at a lot of targets. He directly targeted Kendrick, ridiculing his shoe size and suggesting that his label underpaid him as a result. He also commented rather sharply on the fact that Lamar guested on some mainstream pop songs.
