The late Dr. Sethuraman won hearts with his very first movie as hero 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya' costarring Santhanam and tasted success as an actor too. He later did 'Valiba Raja' and the yet to be released '50/50' but shocked friends and fans when he passed away suddenly due to a cardiac arrest on March 26th.

Sethuraman's wife Umayal was pregnant at the time of his death and delivered a boy baby the second for the couple in August.

Santhanam was completely devastated by his friend's untimely death was the pallbearer for Sethuraman at his funeral. Today on the birth anniversary of Sethu, Santhanam has inaugurated ZI CLINIC owned by the Sethu family on the ECR Road. The dermatology clinics are the brainchild of the late doctor which already has two branches in the city and this is the third.
