The Karnataka Chief Minister Kumaraswamy in his address after the audio release of 'Sevanthi Sevanthi' Kannada film opined that the key inspirers for him in life are his parents and Dr.Rajkumar's films. The concern and conviction I have towards the poor is only because of watching very good films of Dr.Rajkumar disclosed Chief Minister who started his career as exhibitor in Holenarasipura. I was carrying the prints of films in my vehicle. From Rs.150 to 4000 I increased the revenue of my theatre. All Dr.Rajkumar films were filled with moral values and care for the poor and downtrodden. I have imbibed it from the beginning in my life said the Chief Minister.

As an exhibitor I started my career in films. Later I distributed over 200 films in Mysore region and it has given me the progress the Chief Minister recollected his past.

The new Kannada channel 'Kannada Kasturi' of the Chief Minister would come up on 1st of November 2006. It is headed by director S.Narayan and Abhimani Publications chief T.Venkatesh in the program division the CM announced.
