One thing is for sure. 'AWE!' director Prasanth Varma is making 'Kalki' as a stylish investigative thriller in which Dr. Rajasekhar will be seen performing some dare stunts without a body double.

As per the director's own statement to a daily, the senior actor recently pulled off a 7-minute long action sequence in a single take. It involved chases and jumping off heights, among others. That the 'PSV Garuda Vega' actor did it wearing heavy costumes is a feather in his cap.

Shot in Kulu Manali, Kerala and Mumbai, among others, 'Kalki' is a period film set in the early 1980s.

Adah Sharma, Nandita Swetha and Scarlett Wilson are the heroines in the movie. Acclaimed actor Ashutosh Rana and veteran character artist Nasser are playing key roles. Produced by Happy Movies banner and presented by Shivani-Shivathmika Movies, 'Kalki' is jointly produced by C Kalyan, Shivani Rajasekhar and Shivathmika Rajasekhar.
