The icon of Kannada cinema Dr Rajakumar second annual ‘Souhardha Award’ is given by the family of Dr Rajakumar on 23rd April at 3 pm at Le Meredian to three veterans. Two of the three Shani Mahadevappa, Bengaluru Nagesh are actors who shared screen space in Dr Rajakumar films and third recipient will be Choreographer Devi who was from the days of famous Udupi Jayaram has worked in Dr Rajakumar films.

The man of high importance in the family of Dr Rajakumar – Raghavendra Rajakumar disclosed over the telephone that the second year Souhardha award in the name of my father will be given a day in advance to the birth anniversary of Dr Raj on April 24.

Last year was the maiden Rajakumar Souhardha award given to Smt Shanthamma, Shivaramanna and SK Bhagwan.

It is on this ‘Rajakumar Souhardha Award’ afternoon the ‘Hudugaru’ Kannada film 79th from the family of Dr Rajakumar audio will be released. Power star Puneeth Rajakumar, Radhika Pandit, Abhinaya, Sriangar Kitty, Yogish, Rangayana Raghu, Vishal Hegde and others star in this K Madesh directed ‘Nadodigal’ remake film.
