The icon of Kannada cinema industry Dr Rajakumar is inspiration to so many even after decade of demise. The film ‘Kanaka’ …with caption Annavra Abhimani has ideals of Dr Rajakumar and his films throughout. A big salutation to the icon Dr Rajakumar is offered at the Narthaki theatre where ‘Kanaka’ is releasing on 26th of January.

It is 80 feet cut out of Dr Rajakumar in front of Narthaki theatre. The fans have decided to offer ‘Milk Abhisheka’ for the cut out. Director and producer R Chandru has averted this to happen. He has advised the fans to donate the milk to orphan houses. As a result one tanker of milk would be given as donation says R Chandru.

Of course there will be a smaller size cutout of hero of the film Dhuniya Vijay. The garlands will be another offering to the cutouts.

As hero of the film Dhuniya Vijay is an auto driver in the film, nearly 2000 auto drivers will be coming in a procession to the theatre after offering Pooja at Annamma Devi temple.

Director cum producer R Chandru has decided to offer one auto rickshaw as gift via lucky dip to the fraternity of auto drivers. This will happen in the third week of ‘Kanaka’.
