The child star celebrated his 15th birthday yesterday in Sri Lanka where he is vacationing with his family due to the mid-term break from school. Darsheel Safary spend the day sight-seeing, bonding and playing with baby elephants and also visited Gautam Buddha shrines.

We also hear that the child star will be getting a brand new laptop as his birthday gift! To add to his joy, the promos of his next film with Walt Disney called ‘Zokkomon’ will be coming out this week. Darsheel essays the lead character in the film along with veteran actor Anupam Kher and Manjari Fadnis (of 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' fame).

Directed by Satayjit Bhatkal, 'Zokkomon' is an action adventure film about an ordinary boy who rises to meet extraordinary challenges. The film is slated for release on April 22nd.
