Today is actor Vishnu Manchu's Birthday. Yes, today marks the completion of a decade after his first film 'Vishnu' was released. 10 years, 11 releases and two hits to his name, he's come a long way. Debuting as the son of the most versatile actor in Telugu film history itself viz., Mohan Babu is not easy. It took him five years to convince his father's fans that he is up to the mark (Dhee) but another four years to repeat (Denikaina Ready). Now he is gearing up to deliver his 12th film and he is confident to repeat the magic that DR has created at the Box Office a year ago.

'Denikaina Ready' is a hardcore slapstick entertainer with all the errors creating the comedy that would have anyway made it an entertainer. However, the controversy that took off had given a new promotional angle to the film and the think tank was quick and successful in latching onto it. They made sure the fire didn't die down till the last Rupee is squeezed out of the Box Office. The movie went on to become a blockbuster hit in Vishnu's career.

Vishnu took a while in freezing his next project which should act as the consolidator which he never had in his career. Thus almost after six months, he zeroed in on Veeru Potla's script which he believes has all the ingredients that would suit his kind of histrionics. Heroine Lavanya Tripathi, the 'Andala Rakshasi' girl has a cult following in the youth and if the character suits her and if the right chemistry is created, it could as well be the establishing success Vishnu is looking for. Second hero Brahmanandam is anyway there to save the ship from hardships.

Mani Sharma is famous for his BG scores taking the visual appeal to a new level and you can anticipate hair raising action sequences from the Thai stuntman Kecha. One thing is for certain, the Manchu scion looks to have been more matured after his twin daughters' arrival and his body language looks more thoughtful than before. If it translates onto the screen, it's sure to give him a great followup success and establish him in the league.
