On Thursday, veteran actress Thara Kalyan took to her social media handles to share an emotional video slamming the ones who have been circulating offensive pictures of hers' on social media.

Thara Kalyan's daughter Sowbhagya Kalyan recently got married in a private affair in Guruvayoor. The pictures of the wedding were viral on social media. A picture of Thara from the ceremony was doing the rounds on social media in an offensive way. Thara, who happened to have seen the picture, later took to her social media handle to express her anger, disappointment, and disgust.

In the video, Thara said that no one would do such a thing to their mother and that she is a mother too. She also added that she hates the person who has done the cheap act and will never be forgiven.

"A photo of me has gone viral in social media. Since I did not have the courage to conduct my daughter's wedding alone, I steered it holding lord Guruvayurappan’s hand. A screenshot of the video clip of my daughter's marriage was made into a picture, circulated it and now it has gone viral. Let me ask the person who made it viral, is your heart made of stone? Don't you have a mother at home? I will never forgive you in my life. Social media is good, but one should not do like this to anyone, it will break many hearts. I hate those who circulated and celebrated it. Those who did this should try to respect women."

Thara's daughter Sowbhagya is a dancer, actress, and a reality television show judge. She tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Arjun Somasekhar at Guruvayoor temple in Kerala. Arjun was a part of Thara Kalyan's dance school and also a tattoo artist. The wedding was held in the presence of the couple's family and close friends.
