“Don’t Breathe 2” comes to the screens of Tamil Nadu in Tamil on this date! Release details revealed

Indian Box Office has been flooded with International film releases since the gradual reopening of cinema halls across the states. A lot of famous Hollywood franchises like Fast and Furious 9, The Conjuring and The Suicide Squad had opened their accounts in Indian theaters. As the Tamil Nadu theaters are restarting their business this week, the dubbed versions of the Hollywood flicks are queued up for release in the upcoming days.

The latest news is that the Tamil dubbed version of ‘Dont Breathe 2’ is hitting the screens on September 17. Don’t Breathe 2 is an American horror-thriller film directed by Rodo Sayagues in his directorial debut. It is the sequel to the 2014 film Don’t Breathe. Stephen Lang is reprising his role as Norman Nordstrom / “The Blind Man”, with Brendan Sexton III and Madelyn Grace in supporting roles. This film was theatrically released in many countries on 13th August 2021.

After the critical and commercial success of the first film, talks for a sequel began in November 2016, with Álvarez then set to return as the film’s director. In January 2020, the project was green-lit by the studio, with Sayagues replacing Álvarez as director and Lang reprising his role. Don’t Breathe 2 opened to a positive word from the critics and has grossed $27.2 million worldwide. The survival thriller is releasing in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English languages in India.
