Famous Bollywood singer and rapper Honey Singh’s wife Shalini Talwar has filed a case of domestic violence against him on Tuesday. The musician's wife, Shalini Talwar reportedly filed the case under the 'Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act'. A notice has been issued for the rapper to file his reply by August 28.
In her application, Shalini alleged that she was physically, verbally, and mentally tortured by the musician several times. The lengthy complaint listed in detail all the incidents since their marriage. It also documented their relationship that started in 2001 and their marriage in 2011 after 10 years of dating. Shalini has said that after his career took off he became “rude, brash, aggressive, contemptuous and disrespectful" towards her. She further stated that he became addicted to alcohol and drugs and would have sex with multiple women.
Yo Yo Honey Singh married Shalini on January 23, 2011. Honey Singh is yet to release a statement about the allegations leveled against him.
