When you are gripped with fever, you go to a doctor.

But what happens when you are gripped with the fever of a doctor? You go to a theatre. Operation theatre?

No cinema theatre as the fever we are talking about is the huge expectations over the release of much-hyped and much-written about Shankardada MBBS.

The first copy of this Chiranjeevi starrer will be ready tomorrow. Distributors at astronomical rates have gobbled up the film, which is to be released on October 15th. It is just not in India that the expectations are huge. In the distant US, too, things are hotting up. The producers, Gemini Film Circuit themselves, are releasing it abroad. Shankardada MBBS, on the whole, will have one of the maximum number of prints.

Chiru, the man in the focus of all, is meanwhile, getting ready for his project with Seenu Vytla. After a short break, he will begin shooting from October 28. The new film (still to be titled) has him playing the double role of father and son and is expected to be released in April 2005.
