Kanimozhi's steps up to support 'Mersal'

Praise for Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Mersal’ seems to be sky high with eminent people from the political and the film fraternity showering congratulatory messages on Atlee and Co.
The film which created national sensation with a dialogue with reference to GST has been appreciated by the common mass amidst condemnation from senior polticians of the ruling party.
Joining the bandwagon of supporters for ‘Mersal’, Rajyasabha MP Kanimozhi has voiced out her support for Vijay. Stating that people wouldn’t accept the interference in the right to freedom of speech Kanimozhi reiterated the fact that none should interfere with art.
Kanimozhi’s support for ‘Mersal’ comes after prominent leaders voiced out their opinions including Rahul Gandhi, Chidambaram and Stalin.
