Just earlier today the Madras High Court granted permission for a burial space for the late DMK supremo and patriarch Kalaignar Karunanidhi. The decision came off as very emotional to the party cadres, and also especially so to Stalin.
Now the update is that the construction work for the same has begun near the Anna memorial where Karunanidhi’s mortal remains will be buried. Building materials are being sent to the Anna memorial and it is expected that the works will be completed by the evening after which the time of burial will be anounced reportedly.
Earlier, Durai Murugan had talks with government officials regarding the setting up of a burial space for Karunanidhi to the right side of Anna memorial.
