Allu Arjun is in the news for financing a female nursing student's 4-year educational course. The recipient of his generous help hails from Kerala, where Bunny enjoys massive popularity.
It was Alappuzha's District Collector VR Krishna Teja who first revealed the news. During a Facebook chat, Krishna Teja talked about how the girl couldn't enroll herself into a nursing college after her Intermediate for want of money even though she is a student of merti. Her father died in 2020 due to a Covid-19 infection.
An initiative launched by the Collector's office for the benefit of meritorious needy students collected the required funds for poor students like her. The office contacted the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' star's team. The Icon Star was more than willing to fund the girl's college fees and hostel-related expenses for four years.
On the work front, Bunny will start shooting for 'Pushpa 2' soon. The Sukumar directorial went on the floors earlier this week. Recently, producer Bunny Vasu said that 'Pushpa 2' will be several notches better than 'Pushpa'.
