Disha Patani has bagged one of her biggest projects in her career after the remarkable success of 'Baaghi 2'. It’s like a dream come true moment for the actress. She will be a part of the most-anticipated film, 'Bharat' for which we already know that Priyanka Chopra and Sunil Grover are joining Salman Khan.
Disha will be seen playing a pivotal role of a trapeze artiste in a 1960s circus.The actress will be seen romancing Salman Khan in his younger days in the movie. Director Ali Abbas Zafar wants to pay an ode to the one & only ‘greatest showman of Bollywood’ Raj Kapoor with the circus segment. Raj Kapoor’s 'Mera Naam Joker' is one of the most memorable films where the life of circus artists is focussed.
'Bharat' is an adaptation of 2014 South Korean film, ‘Ode To my Father’. The Korean film depicted the history of the country from the 1950s to this day through the life of a common man. It is said that 'Bharat' will show us Salman's character and India’s journey from 1947 to the early 2000s.
Salman Khan’s 'Bharat' is expected to release by 2019 on the occasion of Eid. It is produced by his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd. Fans are also super charged about watching Sallu Bhai and PC after 10 long years. What say?
