Jr NTR is not going to cast his vote in the upcoming MAA elections, which are due to be held on October 10. The 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' actor is unhappy with the polarization that has happened between the camps led by senior actor Naresh and the other side at MAA.
Yesteryear actress and MAA General Secretary Jeevitha Rajasekhar has revealed Tarak's views on the ongoing tussle. "The other day, I happened to bump into Jr NTR at a party. He inquired about the situation at MAA. I told him it's not normal. I then sought his vote for our panel. He suggested that he is too disappointed with the happenings at MAA to take any side. I see where he is coming from," Jeevitha said.
This year, Prakash Raj and Vishnu Manchu are the contenders for the top post. Jeevitha is a member of the former's panel. Manchu's panel is backed by the incumbent, Naresh.
Jeevitha said that a non-Telugu (Suniel Narang) is the President of the Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce, so also the President (Narayandas Naran) of the Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce. So, it shouldn't be a problem if a non-Telugu (read Prakash Raj) heads the MAA.
