'Jilla' team, especially Imman, is showered with praises since the launch and amazing success of the film's audio. Now the film's director, debutante Nesan has opened further details on the songs. Nesan says that the melodious track 'Verasa Pogaiyila' will be loved by one and all as the most catchy song of 'Jilla'. Speaking further on his favourite, he said "Vijay's cute performance to Raju Sundaram's comic and quirky choreography adds to the favouritism about the song. Everyone will love 'Verasa Pogaiyila', especially kids will develop instant liking to the song." We were also given feed on yet another song - 'Kandangi Kandangi'.

This melodious duet sung by Ilayathalapathy himself along with Shreya Ghoshal talks about Tamil tradition, especially that of Madurai on the foreground, and is shot with Japanese traditional snippets as the background.
