Critically acclaimed maker Ram's fourth movie after Katrathu Thamizh, Thanga Meengal and Taramani, Peranbu, starring Megastar Mammootty, Anjali, Thanga Meengal fame Sadhana and Anjali Ameer in pivotal roles, is all set to release worldwide on February 1.

Produced by PL Thenappan, the movie which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja was screened recently for the press and celebrities, and while the movie has already received great reviews in film festivals, promising makers Pa.Ranjith and Mysskin have appreciated Peranbu. Pa.Ranjith tweeted "It is not easy to get back the Peranbu(great love) that we humans have lost, come lets see the world through the eyes of Paapa(Sadhana) and the care of Meera. Thanks Ram and team for Peranbu".

Director Mysskin's emotional note after watching the movie has went viral as well. "I had watched Peranbu with my daughter, and asked her after the movie if she liked it. She came near me and hugged, saying that she had never before seen such a movie. Peranbu is poetic, bright and is the peak of arts. I take pride in saying that Ram is my friend, and if we consider the movies made in the 80 years history of Tamil films, Peranbu will be one of the best" said Mysskin.
