Vetrimaaran to use this advanced technology in ‘Viduthalai Part 2’? – Red hot updates

Director Vetrimaaran’s ‘Viduthalai 2’ is one of the most awaited Tamil films of the year. The filming for this period crime drama has been going on since last year. It is reported that the team is currently shooting action-packed climax portions in Tenkasi, choreographed by Peter Hein.

The entire film will be wrapped up in a few weeks after this schedule. We hear that the flashback portions of ‘Viduthalai 2’ will use de-aging technology. Vetrimaaran will fly to America after the shooting to take care of the de-aging works. The release date will only be finalized after the completion of the VFX. The release might fall in 2025 if the de-aging takes more time.

The ensemble cast of ‘Viduthalai 2’ comprises Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Rajiv Menon, Ilavarasu, Balaji Sakthivel, Chetan, Prakash Raj, Manju Warrier, Surya Vijay Sethupathi and many others. The film has music by Ilaiyaraaja, cinematography handled by R. Velraj and editing by Ramar.
