Whoa! Director Vetrimaaran to work with Savukku Shankar? - Deets

Savukku Shankar is a renowned Tamil independent journalist and whistle blower. He, a former lower division clerk in the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-corruption (DVAC), became a whistle blower. Shankar is one of the few well-known personalities to actively question the state and central governments.
Now, the hot news is that Savukku Shankar is likely to work with director Vetrimaaran soon. In a recent interview, Shankar was asked who can make a film based on his life and he instantly replied that it will be Vetrimaaran. He further revealed that he already had a conversation with Vetrimaaran regarding the same and the maker assured him that he will work on Savukku Shankar's biopic after his current commitments.
In the viral video, we can also see Savukku Shankar adding that he would like to see Dhanush as the protagonist in his biopic. On the work front, Vetrimaaran is currently shooting for 'Viduthalai 2'. He already revealed that he will move to the Suriya starrer 'Vaadivaasal' and the Dhanush starrer 'Vada Chennai 2' after the release of Viduthalai 2.
