SS Rajamouli, the master filmmaker, changed the landscape of Indian mainstream films with his 'Baahubali' saga and 'RRR'. His movies raised the standards of our film industry both critically and commercially. He is now on a break and will soon start the pre-production work for his next biggie with Superstar Mahesh Babu for their jungle adventure flick.

Meanwhile, the hot news is that SS Rajamouli is roped in for a special cameo role in Rebel Star Prabhas' magnum opus 'Kalki 2898AD' aka 'Project K'. The maker had appeared on screen many times earlier in his movies and ad films. He has always been open to acting on the big screens. Now, the makers of Kalki 2898AD have convinced SSR to play this role. The film is said to have Dulquer Salmaan in a cameo as well.

Rajamouli had directed Prabhas earlier in Baahubali. Now, the two are reuniting in the massive budgeted sci-fi fantasy film. However, both the movie team and SS Rajamouli have not reacted to these reports, yet. Kalki 2898AD comprises an ensemble cast of Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Pasupathi and many others.
