The entire Tamil Nadu has been smitten by the Malayalam super hit romance flick 'Premam'. The Nivin Pauly-Sai Pallavi starrer directed by Alphonse Puthiran is getting close to the phenomenal 250 day run mark in Chennai, a record achieved by a tiny number of films in the past decade.
Not just normal people but even people belonging to the film industry have raved about the film. A few months ago director Selvaraghavan watched the film and showered praises on the film. He went to the extent of stating that if the film is remade in Tamil, no other director except Alphonse should be directing it.
Now the maverick filmmaker Shankar seems to have taken time off from his busy schedule for his upcoming mega budget flick '2.0' with Superstar Rajinikanth and watched 'Premam'. And he is what the director of blockbusters has to say about the film.
Saw "Premam" today- "Lively".."realistic entertainment". Takes you to ur teens n tees "beautifully". Cheers to Alphonse n d whole team.
