Shankar appreciates the latest Tamil super hit

Director Shankar who has churned out blockbuster films with poignant social messages has taken time to watch the recent unanimously appreciate super hit film Thani Oruvan' directed by Mohan Raja.
Thani Oruvan' which released on August 28 has crossed the successful 25 day run at the box office and is still holding on to main screens sustaining a flurry of Tamil film releases in the succeeding weeks.
The filmmaker with the Midas touch seems to be mightily impressed with the film and has poured his praises for director Mohan Raja and the film's lead hero Jayam Ravi, the most impressive villain Siddharth Ambhimanyu played by Arvind Swamy and the riveting background score of the young bud Aadhi.
