Director Pradeep Ranganathan to enter Tollywood after the massive hit of Love Today? Here is what we know

Director Pradeep Ranganathan who recently made his acting debut with Love Today is currently basking in the fantastic reviews pouring in for the film. As the film continues to top at the box office it looks like the Tollywood industry would like to have some Pradeep effect in their films.

The Telugu version of Love Today was released few days ago and it has opened to packed theatres. The excited actor-director said that he is glad that the film worked in both languages and that the response has been overwhelming.

The film seems to have impressed the Telugu producers and we hear that Pradeep has already signed a deal with Srinivasa Chitturi, who recently produced Ram Pothineni’s The Warrior. Another talk is that Dil Raju himself locked the director for yet another project while he happens to be just a distributor of the Telugu version now. If the reports are to be believed Pradeep’s immediate film will be produced by a Telugu producer.

Love Today is a romantic comedy helmed by Pradeep, who had earlier directed Jayam Ravi’s Comali. The star cast includes Ivana, Raveena Ravi, Yogi Babu, Raadika Sarathkumar and Sathyaraj. The plot revolves around a strange deal where the lead couple has to unlock the keys and exchange their cell phones with each other for a day. What happens next unfolds the story of the film.
