As we had reported earlier today director Pa.Ranjith visited Ariyalur district and paid last respects to Anitha who committed suicide on Friday due to her medical education dreams being shattered by the introduction of NEET.
After paying his last respects to the mortal remains of Anita Ranjith addressed the media persons. He held the state and central governments responsible for Anita's death.
"Students like Anita work hard to achieve their dreams. They are capable of deciding what they want and work hard towards that. But to stop their efforts weapons like NEET are constantly being produced. Already they have made IIT a place where ordinary people cannot enter. Now they are creating a similar system all over India for medical education. The big question mark is this Government is working for whom?"
