Director Nayana dies 40 days after her mentor's death

Nayana Sooryan, a well-known Mollywood filmmaker, was found dead at her Thiruvananthapuram residence on Sunday. The cause of her death is yet to be ascertained.
The 28-year-old youngster was a protege of Lenin Rajendran, a famous filmmaker. She assisted him for 9 years. When Lenin passed away in January, Nayana was visibly upset. As per some accounts, she was almost in a state of depression since her guru's demise.
As she was a diabetic, Nayana neglecting regular food intake affected her health. It's believed by her friends that low sugar levels must have consumed Nayana's life. Since there was nobody with her in her last moments, she couldn't be saved.
