The Kerala government reopened all educational institutions through virtual classes from June 1 due to the coronavirus scare. The teachers taking the online classes in the state have been showered with praises from all corners. One of the teachers named Sai Swetha who took the virtual class for the first standard kids became an overnight sensation after her teaching session went viral on social media.
The Calicut based teacher's unique and adorable teaching style for the kids has been widely appreciated and the latest person to laud the teacher is director Midhun Manuel Thomas. Taking to his Facebook handle, Midhun wrote, “I have been a teacher for various classes, including at the post graduate level. I have also spoken at large events. Despite all this, what I have found most nerve-wrecking was to stand in front of a class of 1st graders. I would feel the same nervousness today. So, I can say without reservations that this teacher’s class was excellent. This is a whole different ball game."
The virtual sessions are telecast through Victers channel, under the State General Education Department, for classes one to 12 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays. For those who have no TV can take up the classes online.
