Director N. Lingusamy one of the impactful commercial directors in Tamil cinema after a long gap has begun shooting his new bilingual movie with a sensational young lead pair. The film to be made in Telugu and Tamil has Tollywood star Ram Pothineni as the male lead and he will be romancing 'Uppena' fame beauty Krithi Shetty.

A formal pooja launch was held in Hyderabad on July 12th with the director's brother producer Subash N Chandrabose sounding the first clapboard. Popular producer Srinivasa Sinduri is bankrolling the project under the banner Srinivasa Silver Screens.

The film is reportedly titled 'Usthad' and has music by DSP, cinematography by Sujith Vasudev, editing by Navin Nooli, and stunt choreography by Anbariv. Sai Mathav Burra and Brinda Sarathy are writing the dialogues for the Telugu and the Tamil versions respectively.

Nadhiya and Aadhi Pinisetty are playing other important roles in 'Usthad' which is expected to be completed in one go and release in early 2022.
