In the audio launch function of 'Dharmadurai', director Bala was in all praise for Vijay Sethupathi and this surprised everyone, as it is a rare and a remarkable feat to be praised by someone like Bala the most revered director of our times.

Speaking about Vijay Sethupathi,the 'Naan Kadavul' director said " "I have watched all of Vijay Sethupathi films since Thenmerku Paruvakaatru`. I enjoyed Sethupathi` very much. I loved the way he used to address his mother as Me` (Mummy) like a kid in Naanum Rowdydhaan`. Generally heroes hesitate to take up certain roles considering their image. But Vijay Sethupathi does not have any such image trap. He is a very fantastic actor. He is the best. We should be very happy that Tamil Cinema has got an actor like him."

Bala and Vijay Sethupathi have never worked so far. Given the admiration the award winning director has for the versatile actor, we can be assured that they will team up for a film any time soon.

If that happens that will be a killer of a combo in Kollywood.
