When will Vijay 61 shooting start?

Things seems to have started falling in place and it is most likely that Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 61st film will be directed by Atlee the young director who delivered the blockbuster 'Theri' out of his maiden association with Vijay. Sri Thenandal Films is expected to fund this project.

Vijay is presently busy with the final schedule of the shoot for 'Bairavaa' directed by Bharathan. The film's shoot is expected to be completed within the end of this month or early October and it will hit the screens as a Pongal treat in January 2017.

Now we learn from a reliable source that 'Vijay 61' directed by Atlee will go on floors in February 2017.

We will have to wait for official confirmation about the project.
