It's known that the Tamil hit 'Bogan' is set to be remade in Telugu. Ravi Teja will get into Jayam Ravi's shoes, while Hansika Motwani's equivalent is Catherine Tresa.

Reportedly, director Lakshman, who made the original, has nearly zeroed in on SJ Suryah to reprise Arvind Swamy's role. It may be taken to mean that the director-actor has already given the green signal to star in the Mass Maharaja movie.

An official word from the makers is expected only after SPYder's release. The Mahesh Babu spy thriller sees Suryah playing a macabre antagonist. If he is received well here, he will surely be Ravi Teja's co-star.

Ravi Teja awaits the release of 'Touch Chesi Choodu' and 'Raja The Great', the latter which will hit the screens on Oct 13. So, the 'Bogan' remake will go to sets post mid-October, in all probability.
