Direct film delayed

Vikram has become a major hit with the Telugu media. He wowed them all when he was here for the launch of Majaa audio.
The man, who is a hot property all across the South, is on a winning streak. Aparichitudu has catapulted him to a new high.
So there is a high expectation for the straight Telugu film that he has promised to do early next year.
Now it is most likely that this film may take some more time than expected.
Sources say that after Majaa, which is also being dubbed in Telugu, Vikram will do a film for A M Rathinam.
Now, Rathinam and VikramÂs connection go a long way back. They have given hits like Dhill, Dhool in Tamil. So the new film, under the direction of Linguswamy, will get precedence.
Incidentally, this film is also being dubbed in Telugu as Bheema.
But Vikram is unfazed that his straight film is being delayed in Telugu. I will keep up my promise. The film is certainly on, he assured when he was in Hyderabad.
