As reported earlier, Mollywood actor Dileep is all set to team up with the actor-director Vineeth Kumar for an upcoming movie which is tentatively titled ‘D149’. As per the latest updates, the shooting of the movie starring Dileep and Vineeth Kumar commenced with a pooja function last day. The primary location for the film is reported to be Chettikulangara in Mavelikara, and the makers have apparently approached a popular South Indian actress for a role in the movie.

Coming to the technicalities, Dileep's 149th film is written by Rajesh Raghavan and directed by Vineeth Kumar, with Sanu Thahir serving as the director of photography and Midhun Mukundan composing the music. Deepu Joseph is the editor of the film, with Roshan Chittur as the project head, and the lyrics for the songs will be penned by Shibu Chakravarthy and Vinayak Sasikumar. Sameera Saneesh is the costume designer, while Ronex Xavier is responsible for the makeup. Sreejith Sreenivasan is in charge of the sound design.

On the other side, Dileep is preparing to make a comeback after a few recent project failures. He is collaborating with director Ratheesh Reghunandan for an upcoming project and has the highly anticipated movie 'Bandra' in the pipeline. Directed by Arun Gopy and written by Udaykrishnan, 'Bandra' marks the Malayalam debut of popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia, generating high expectations for the film. Bandra has been in the news ever since it was announced. Looks like a promising year is ahead of the actor.
