Dileep in his familiar route

Dileep, who is playing the role of a cop in his forthcoming movie Inspector Garud, is undergoing rigorous exercises to put on more weight. He has toned up his physique to suit the role. Also the actor has grown long moustache.
He plays inspector Madhavan, who looks after Thevara Police station in the movie.
Kavya Madhavan plays his heroine in the film.
The movie is directed by Johny Anthony. Shooting is on at a brisk pace.
Dileep, after a couple of movies playing serious roles, is back to his best in Inspector Garud. He takes to humour.
Supposedly a comedy thriller, the movie would be released on 26 January, 2007.
